Understanding the market potential opportunities

A bespoke and guided study tour developed by our team to China, with the aim to assist a seafood start-up company in better understanding the market potential for a new seafood product in the market.

We delivered a customised six-day program that included meetings and discussions with supply chain participants, government agencies and marketing experts, retail visits to understand consumers and competitors, and trips to experience the seafood markets. Post-trip, our team also produced a report with short, medium, and long-term recommendations on where to focus market research efforts and how to engage with the supply chain and enter the market.
