Creating collaborations across the industry, research partners, and the community, the FFWCRC aims to improve the competitiveness, productivity, and sustainability of the Australian food industry.   Working with the FFWCRC, Honey and Fox contributed to the industry and food supply chain by bringing our comprehensive insights to the table. Our insights helped them efficiently build the expertise and skills needed to approach the current food waste management challenges.  We can proudly say our work with the FFWCRC drove growth and extensive learning regarding food waste management within the organisation and the industry, specialising in research, training, and industry engagement.  We brought the Honey and Fox edge by:  Providing an in-depth analysis of the Australian industry’s food waste training needs  Undertaking extensive research to see the available training options for business-related food waste training, here in Australia and overseas  And identifying gaps and opportunities in food waste training to highlight future investment and development areas for the industry
